CARDINAL BURNS: FIRST TIME TOUR
Channel 4 comedy types Seb Cardinal and Dustin Demri-Burns, they of – yes, the names give it away a bit – Cardinal Burns fame, are presently in the first stages of their first ever UK tour, and, Londoners, they are kicking it off with a substantial run at the Soho Theatre.

Ahead of their dates in the capital, I sent some questions to the British Comedy Award-winning, Bafta-nominated duo, to find out more about the past, the present, and the future. You can read the interview here.

You can see Cardinal Burns at the Soho Theatre until 20 Sep, after which they head off on their big tour of the UK. To book tickets for the London dates, see this page here, and for info on the other UK dates, have a look here.

ANDREW MADDOCK: THE ME PLAYS
Up and coming writer Andrew Maddock started a run at the Old Red Lion this week, performing his own, semi-autobiographical stories in a duo of monologues entitled 'The Me Plays', which tackle the contemporary issue of social interaction and pressure in the digital era, but also engage with the age old themes of mortality and nostalgia.

I spoke to Andrew to find out more about the plays, his career thus far, and what the future holds. You can read the interview here.

You can see 'The Me Plays' at the Old Red Lion Theatre from 2-20 Sep. See the venue website here for more info and tickets.
